From our own experience and that of others whom we have met along the way, we believe we can help make this very big step you are thinking of taking run much more smoothly and to help you decide with honest advice if it is what you really want and is right for you. At the very least we can guide you, warn you of some of the pitfalls, give you some of the tips and by using our knowledge & experience we have learnt from the mistakes we and others have made.
We understand that you not only want to find the best possible property at the best possible price, but more importantly, we feel, in the right place with the right facilities for you and your families individual needs. We also understand that you want to make up your own mind and in your own time (perhaps with this help and guidance) but not be pushed into a quick decision on something so important! Everything we do is designed on a should know basis, and a not what you think you want to hear! After all this is probably one of the biggest decisions you will ever make and you need to be as sure as you can that it is the right one for you.
Why are we different?
This is our home, we live here with our family, should you eventually buy with our help, we may shop at the same shops or pass you in the street, we may see you in the local restaurants, our children may go to the same schools as yours. We will not be saying goodbye at the Notary when you sign for your property; we are here for you to help you get settled in your new home and to give advice on the things you need to do to help make this easier.
However, please note though, that, we do not pay for your visits, although if you require we can help arrange accommodation on your behalf. We have many contacts for Bed & Breakfast & rental property etc. and we would even pick you up from the airport should you require this service though we do suggest that you hire a car, as you should want to explore the area yourself too and at your own leisure. We let you decide and we do not control the way you want to spend your time.
For such items like NIE numbers and Registration certificates, Padrons & help with the paperwork to acquire Health cards if you are eligible etc, we help guide you every step of the way.
We can also offer advice from the outset before you buy you need to know about expences any extra or hidden costs, there were some taxes at least that we didnt know about until completion and this can make the difference between affording the property or not, we had a few surprises on completion and my aim is that you do not. We advise on what you need to do before leaving the UK to enable you to obtain your health cards, there are things you may not have considered so we are here to give advice and make sure you do...
In our experience we think you will be hard pushed to find this kind of dedication anywhere else on the Costa Blanca!
