You can do it yourself it will save you money but is a bit of a hastle

Download the tasa from the website below you need one for the buyer and one for seller it comes in double A5 and you can print it 9,050 herehttp://www.dgt.es/tramites/listado_impresos/impresos/9.050-Castellano.pdf
for advice of sale you need Tasa 9,07/A

you will need the permiso de circulacion
current tax reciept
reciept for payment of transfer tax(4%) normally buyer pays but seller responsible to make sure! should be paid within 30 days of buying the vehicle
you can do this on a form 620 available at most tabacs
Current ITV
NIE or residence card
Padron less than 3 months old
current fee payable, this not sure at the mo but approx 50 euros
If you take a SAE with you to traffico you can get the documents sent you.
Make sure to copy all docs for proof before sending to leave in the car.
I would add to this the insurance but it does not state this is necessary although you need it in the car with your copies.....Good luck

Even if you prepare everything but just get a gestor just to do the trafico bit you may same money!
