Hi Sorry for the delay missed this posting form some reason... Try www.spainvia.co. all about motoring in Spain the thing is thought it depends on the make and age as all cars have different values not sure about vans though but weith cars this effects the registering costs.
There is info in this site but to be honest the most up to date you will find on Brian Dellars site and he has just released the new third edition to his book which is a godsend for drigin here in Spain.
