Dolores and Catral areas for example plots can be anything from 60000 to 100,000 and plots in Albatera we have from 70,000
An example project can have two buildings on one plot i.e. a house and a guesthouse or garage or both:
(A) Main dwelling: the main House has a surface area of 200m2. (you can have up to 200m2 on two floors if you wish so in all 400m2 of living space
On the first floor consists of large living room, kitchen, utility room, guest bathroom, double room with walk in wardrobe, a bathroom and porch.
On the second floor, has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a room that can be used as a gym, office or Studio.
(B) House for guests: has a surface of 52 m2. Consists of a room with bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen in one. This building is ideal to be used as housing for guests
The price of this magnificent project includes:
-Project architect, assistance and technical licenses and building permits.
-Plot of land are minimum of 10,000 m2 but can be more depending on the area. Clients can have 2% of the footprint over 3 floors as a maximum.
